These terms apply when you use https://thedataschool.in and the courses, projects, assessments and tools offered by The Data School (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Courses and content
When you enrol, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share course videos, lessons, quizzes or other materials. Code you write for exercises and projects is yours.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by our payment processor. If you are unhappy with a paid course, email dataschool.official@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your refund request. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
AI tools
The resume tool and other AI features generate content automatically. The output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before you use it. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or areas of the Service you are not authorised to use.
- Do not interfere with the Service, overload it, or use automated tools to scrape it.
- Do not cheat on assessments or misrepresent your results.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
No guarantees
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". Completing a course does not guarantee a job, interview or particular outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
